• You will never need to contact the tenants directly as we act as your liaison.
• We will make a throrough check of the occupants we place in your property. Including, but not limited to credit check, employment verification, references.
• We will collect initial deposit and rent.
• We will coordinate any and all repairs as well as payment for services.
• We provide statements monthly or quarterly.

Our fees are a percentage of the rent charged as well as a "start up" fee for new tenants or change of tenants.
